The owner is SO extremely rude. Their wait time is always a "half hour" no matter what and the only good nail tech Kitty is always taken. Probably because everyone else is rude and rushes.
Got here at 10 on a Saturday and at first they only had 3 people here. I wanted a pedi and special mani and was told I had to wait a half hour and someone would call Me when open. Well an hour later I got the call and came in but the place was packed and I think they forgot to call me for awhile. So here are some comments. The chairs where you get a pedi are broken so a bit uncomfortable you can't recline the chairs or push back. Also, where you soak your feet they don't have a spa of bubbles circ just water to soak feet . Thank The service once inside people are ok
this place is terrible just get my fill nail and the lady burning my nail abd when she get another customer the still on going she skipped some of the steps and finish it in a minute is not necessary place to go for nail art lovers
If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how my nails came out. When I made suggestions to switch things about my nails the nail tech was very rude and didn't listen. I highly suggest not getting dip powder or your nails will be trashed by these people. I DO NOT reccomend this place to anyone it blows chunks.
Please do not waste your time or money coming here. 1) They usually have a very long wait list.. which is fine, except they don't even go by who shows up first. They give estimated times that aren't accurate, like saying wait 15 mins & you sit there for 1.5 hrs waiting! ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. 2)The young gentlemen that did my nails today made an honest mistake and apologized for it. What happened was his co workers were SO UPSET that they blamed me! The customer! for the mistake! how dare they?! That is so rude and unacceptable. Nonetheless, it wasn't even my fault! The nail tech admitted yet his co worker who was a female used her very loud voice to disrespect me in the middle of the store in front of anyone and bash me over and over. Please walk away when you see there sign & just visit a professional, nice and clean nail salon instead! Disappointed and disrespected each and every time I visited there!
