FYI for anyone who will get their hair done and if you for any reason hate the end result because it looks NOTHING like the inspo/reference photo you show (photos attached). the owner will give zero shits, they will gaslight you, telling you "oh it looks great" they will not be apologetic. they will gaslight you into thinking you were confused about what you wanted. they will not want to work things out or make you satisfied and happy about your hair, no. just so you know if you're unhappy, there will be no apologies, no refunds, you'll just walk around with hair that you hate. :)
i believe everyone wants to trust and go to a salon that you know will take care of you if something goes wrong, THIS IS NOT IT.

This place is my safe haven. All is right in the world when I get to visit Gabbi and Flossy at 303. My hair is giving and my lashes are lashing. Honestly I would come just to hang out with these two. They do impeccable work and there's no one else I would trust with my hair or my lashes. Do yourself a favor and book an appt with these gals. But don't book my time slot!

Savanah took great care of me at 303 Salon Lohi! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is sophisticated. My hair trim was quality and a fair price for sure-all those very important things when looking for a place to maintain lots of long hair.

I'm pretty disappointed with the lack in transparency in pricing, and communication.
I have come in 3 times in 3 months to get extensions and highlights as I go blond.
I have basically ended up paying 1,000 for baby lights and maintaining a bob I don't want, lol.

I was told I can't be seen for just a consultation for the extensions until September, when I've wanted and asked for them them since June.

I'm  Really unimpressed, was hoping to at least order extensions after this much time and being open to spending more as I go.
Pretty much told I can't do that for the first time after years of wearing extensions. Just sort of feels like the stylist can't /won't do it and I'm being strung along .

Either way the amount of time I'm being asked to wait is ridiculous. I'm sad because I really liked the atmosphere and wanted to get other services

My haircut was fine (not quite what I asked for, but she cut off the unhealthy bits) however I paid $300 for the blonde me up (full highlights), and my hair color didn't look much different when I left the salon. Usually, when I've had full highlights done in the past, the colorist bleaches the parts under my hair (what shows in a ponytail) and the pieces by my ear. The colorist here didn't do that. I also have a lot of hair and it's taken me up to 5 hours in the past to have full highlights done--only took me 2.5 hours here. I asked for an icy/ashy blonde and lots of toning but the result is still very brassy. I think the stylist rushed because she didn't didn't have time but still charged me for full highlights. I'm very unhappy with the results and would not recommend this salon for those looking to go or maintain blonde hair.
