Absolutely love this nail salon! Laura is who I see and I adore her. She truly takes her time and I just love getting my pedicures there! Definitely highly recommend coming here! And to top it off The owners are just so kind and sweet!
the first picture is what i asked for and the second picture is what i got. i've came here before and loved it but i got Ivee and she didn't look at my inspo picture. i ended up just asking for a french tip and didn't notice until after curing what i got bc she didn't ask me to check them. i had shown a guy what i wanted before getting into the chair and he asked to see them after, when he saw my nails he did offer to add the flowers but i was over it. not rlly happy w my nails. update: few mins after leaving my review tai called me and apologized he offered for me to go back and fix them for free and said next time i visit i can receive 10% my next set, very nice!!:)
I was extremely disappointed in this establishments method of removing dip powder. After their strong recommendation saying "dip is much healthier for your nails" I decided to go with it after a long time of having my own healthy nails. I kept it on for few weeks and came in to have them removed. I asked them to please try and save my nail underneath (which they said they could do when I got them on) They ground my nails so thin it almost broke through the skin. My nails are paper thin and hurt so bad. They were also very rude and unapologetic when receiving a negative review which is very unprofessional. There are lots of places to get your nails done, this is not one to patronize.
I am happy with the results from Laura and Lee. The issue comes with language barriers when trying to make appointments. It's not uncommon for me to come after making an appointment quite clearly on the phone only to find out it's not what I requested Oh La la nails just called me minutes after reading my honest review. I have been going through them for several years. They are not happy with my review and asked me to call and take it down. I said I would be happy to rewrite it when the communication issues are resolved.
Clean business. Nice staff. It's been about 16 years since I've gotten my nails done and I got a full set with dip powder. The guy who did my nails did a great job. I also brought my 5 year old daughter in to get the princess manicure. She loved it. They were so good with her. The only thing I didn't care for was the music. It sounded like I was in a club. It wasn't good. Especially for a place that allows small children. Also, if you don't have cash for a tip, you can use Zelle for it. All in all I'd recommend the place. I spent $90 before the tips for my full set and my daughter's manicure with no chip polish.
