Q Nails in Elgin, IL

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING HERE! This is my 3 rd time giving this place a try and every single time I go in the lady/man at the first desk is super rude and disrespectful! I went in at 5pm today for a pedicure and to remove my nails. She stated she couldn't do the pedicure because they were going to close early. The place was EMPTY! and I called before arriving. The previous occasions I went same lady didn't greet me upon entering and ask in a rude tone, what you want! What you need! Sorry we can't..... excuse after excuse! I will never give them my business and I wish the previous owners were still around! Leave customer skills and start treating those who support your business with respect! I have a huge following and will make sure I share my horrible experience with them so that no one goes there!

Went back and it was a different atmosphere. I guess they have to get to know you. Best dip I have ever had. Even if they go back to being dry AF I'll still go back for the dip. BTW don't dare enter without a mask

The nail tech that sit in booth#4 is very rude, unprofessional, and have horrible customer service, at first I thought it was just her but the owner is ok with her tech rudeness cause she said I seen her work she good, ok I'm telling the owner she is rude and unprofessional smh. The owner is just as rude and she doesn't have good customers services neither. My bill was $67, owner thought that was a problem lol, owner I will pay $67 anytime with a tip for good customer service. The nail tech was just moving my hand so rudely and just grabbing and pushing my hand. She wasn't filing my nails correct they was crooked owner came with her rudeness and say what, like nothing was wrong smh. Bad experience there today, it was my second time going and lulu another nail tech was so sweet but she don't work there anymore. If you go to this place refuse to get any services from the young lady sitting in booth #4. It was a bad experience and I was not treated well there, even though I was there to support their business. I will not go back there!!!

... The owner very rude and uptight and unorganized she is but everyone else was fine I don't know how they work for her they all seem like they're walking on pins and needles with her But my nails i I would never go back again and it's only because of the owner just unprofessional

Tbh. Very unprofessional. This is just clarifying that why I don't go to this nail salon anymore as well as my mother. Environment is very unwelcoming and dense. You request or ask of something and feel like your asking a lot all while I'm the consumer paying for the service I'm requesting or asking for and your taking and making that very same dollar, so why not use customer service instilled and just do so for the customer ‍ I'm sure you have many faithful clients that won't go any where but with you. But why not instill that very same energy you use on your usual clients with the customers that come in solemnly. That's how you build repor, money and your business. Looks like your just another going no place nail salon that just doesn't care and are comfortable with where you are which is not far away I'm sure to your business going downhill sooner then you think...just saying ‍
