Can i give this place a zero? As i walked in for the first time they didnt explain their pricing to me. The girl who did my actual haircut was not experienced and nervous, which is ok everyone starts somewhere, but when i tried to explain my concern about the rigid ends the girl didnt know what i was saying! After 10 min of struggling and taking off another inch off my length, she finally called up the manager who was sitting on the other side watching the whole wreck unravel. When she came over she was rude and finally they told me "Well you should have told us you want the haircut with wet hair and a razor edge scissor". How am i suppose to know that! You are the professionals. And i have NEVER in my whole life every been asked if i want my hair cut dry or wet...they always wet it! She ended up fixing it while the other girl watched. It still didn't turn out how i wanted it AND it was way too short! They didn't style, and when i got home to check my receipt they charged me for a shampoo even though i didn't ask for one and didnt get one! Terrible communication, they made me feel like it was my fault for not answering questions they never asked. Terrible service. They dont seem to know what they were doing. Im sorry to say because in general they were nice people and facility is well taken care of. But wow. Someone once shaved the back of my head when i didnt ask and i wasnt even as upset as i was about this.
I use to go there many years ago. But the hair had to be fixed up every time if I let our kids go by themselves or even when we were there. Even the 19 had to go back 3 times a couple of months ago to get it right. The 13 year old went there today 7/13/2012, it looked ok. Maria at Supercuts would have done better. I switched to Super Cuts at the Orchard Shopping Mall next to Rosauers on 72nd & Tieton in Yakima. I would not recommmend it at all...
