Use to be my favorite spot. They changed ownership and I started asking questions about the quality of my nails.Tried to give them a second and third time...AWFUL FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE. LOOKING FOR A NEW SALON
The pedicure is good but the lady that does nails is so rough. She yanks your hands. They also aren't trained in newer designs so they just wing it. It's ok in a pinch.
If I had the option to rate this place 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE customer service. Took 2 hours to do short black dip nails. I only wanted dip and he put gel on top of the dip. I was the last one in the salon before it closed, so they clearly were rushing on my nails. They didn't let the gel dry before adding another layer and this caused all of my nails to have air bubbles with wet nail polish inside of the bubbles. The air bubbles all popped and peeled within a day. When I went back, they only offered to redo them and not give me my money back, though I told them I didn't have time to wait and get them redone. I showed them videos I took of my nails the day after they were done and how they had peeling, popped air bubbles, but since I didn't come within 3 days I couldn't get my money back. I explained to them how I work and go to school everyday and today was my first off day I could come up there, and they proceeded to tell me over and over how it's "common sense" that I come within 3 days.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR MONEY
The lady that did my dip nails was very rough. She made my cuticles bleed and I was uncomfortable the whole time. It was the worst experience!!! Gave it two stars because another lady did a good job on my pedicure. Will not ever go back.
10/10 do not recommend. only half of my nail is painted, to add to that it took 4 freaking hours just to get full set on my hands and a pedicure. This is the worst service ever. They gave extra care to someone that came in after we did because she looked as if she had more money. the nail techs are so rough with your hands and i have a high pain tolerance. not to mention that the owner lied about pricing several times and caught an attitude when we called him out. THIS PLACE IS BS
