Sadly, I liked the pedicures here and was a weekly customer. However, my last visit I brought in my nail polish and had them do my fingernails. It was HORRIBLE. Some of the nails looked good, they were shaped properly and looked fine. But 4 of the nails were super thick and wide and bumpy. The tech was on the phone the entire time so maybe he wasn't paying attention.
When I returned the following day to show them and have it fixed, the tech who had dome them wasn't there and the other guy was extremely rude - refused to even look at my nails and said I would have to pay for a polish change. He kept saying it was because I brought my own polish. That made no sense because some nails looked fine and it was the acrylic that was super thick and improperly shaped.
I looked at my receipts and last month I spent over $600 at this salon on my nails and my cousin's nails. And tipping. If he had changed my polish and fixed their horrible work, I would have been Fina and likely tipped more than a polish change costs. But to be treated like that by people to whom I have always been good - no. I won't be back.
They have vegan and organic spa products. I was able to bring my own products as well. Very reasonably priced and quick.
Terrible. Got a deluxe pedicure and it took 25 min. Massage consisted of them lightly rubbing lotion on my legs for 5 min. Hot stone treatment took about 2.5 min. Don't waste your money. I would say time but I was out quicker than any pedicure I have ever had.
I was very disappointed with the services i received here. I had a mani/pedi and the pedicure was ok but the manicure was terrible. they did both at the same time so i couldnt get comfortable b/c i had both hands in one bowl and also had to worry about where my feet were. The manicure was extremely fast. The technician rushed through it and didnt even give me a decent polish. I could have polished them myself better than what she did. Also, the nail file they used for my pedicure was gross and very old. Seriously, it looked like they had been using it for years. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
