It was very nice how they were able to get me in same day! Clean environment and attentive to customers coming in. However, I got a basic pedicure and felt they were rushing to get done. They did not push back the cuticles, minimal time was spent rubbing the foot, and they were quick when filing the nails resulting in nails being uneven when done. I've received more attention and services included in the basic pedicure elsewhere.
While I don't think they will care about this review, I was very disappointed with my service. It seemed that because I wasn't an ongoing customer, they did not care about my service. The pedicure was okay but definitely rushed through. My dip was horrible. The lady who was doing my nails was also answering the phone and I felt like I was a bother to her. She didn't say one word to me the entire time but was chatting with other customers who seemed to have been there before. She didn't ask if my nails were okay, she didn't clean my nails after, didn't make sure the nails were even or matched the other lengths and just wanted to move on to the next person. This experience was disappointment to say the least and will not be coming back here.
Do not go here. Refused to paint nails as requested. Rude customer service. Painted nails an ugly color I did not want. Horrible service. Service was so bad it motivated me to sign up for Yelp and post my first ever review.
I was a frequent customer and loyal to one of their employees. However when I can't get into see her, I've been disappointed with the service. One lady was talking on her phone during my entire appointment. Last few times I was there, felt like I was being rushed through. If I can't get in to see my gal, I'll go elsewhere.
The lady didn't fully clean/trim nails after upgrading me to the next level. She gave a great leg/foot massage - but that's not why I went to GET MY NAILS DONE. The final product was not ok. It looked like my 8 year old painted my nails. My husband even commented on how bad they looked!
My 8 year old complained about her service before I even said anything negative. That says a lot...
When I made my appointment, they didn't say cash tip only. I paid with my card and there was no place for tip. When I asked how I can tip with my card, they said cash only and looked at me like I was a jerk! Real. Special. Nail. Day.
