Cameron is such a great worker!! He made the experience so enjoyable, even when me and my 2 friends came in near closing time.
I love going to zoomtan, but the manager is always so rude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt for a very long time, but she looks and acts incredibly angry always. Never answers questions politely and makes you feel like you're the inconvenience.
The lowest cost place around town and the beds work good as well as the spray tan beds. Everything else is very average and minimal, Employees are nice but short and to the point. You get what you pay for which isn't always a bad thing.
Just had a wonderful first experience at zoomtan! I did a lot of research and this salon was so fairly priced for versa spa services. When I got there, Kristan was so welcoming and helped me get the best deal on a spray tan. She was so polite and easy to talk to, explained thing thoroughly, and made signing up easy. The salon was clean and well designed, it even had a elegant and full sized mirror in the spray tan room. The versaspa PRO was so easy to follow. Overall wonderful experience, and I will definitely return when I am in town again.
Beware the mold: First off, these pictures that they have uploaded are NOT the Zoom Tan in Olean, NY. Only spend your money if you like to be treated like an inconvenience to the manager Penny, who clearly has never been through any type of customer related training. The floors haven't been swept in forever, and there is MOLD in the ceiling tiles! I contact customer service and the only thing they could do for this health hazard and poor customer service was offer a $30 spray tan. I spent $78 between the tanning package and the lotion, I would have rather had the $30 back in my pocket than to breathe that in and have to deal with Penny, who might be the rudest employee in any business that I have encountered... They told me. That they cannot give me any type of refund. This place is a scam. I took pictures of the mold and will be contacting someone who cares--like the health department!!!!!
