Well I don't normally do this but here I am. I am very appalled at the service I received at unique nail in olean new your. It was absolutely horrible!!! I will never go back there. For starters the nail tech used to big of nails and had to file them down and it was burning my real nail. It hurt pretty bad actually. Secondly I pointed out one of the nails had no polish on the one side I told him and he tapped my hand and told me he's going to get fed up. When I left there I had acrylic all over my fingers. My fingers hurt which I've never experienced before. Today I noticed that one of nails the acrylic is actually on my skin. The price I paid is absolutely not worth the service I received. (This is some of my fault as almost every time I go there something is bad. But I keep going back.)I get cut the design is never what I actually wanted. I've been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and have never had such horrible service. Highly don't recommend them. 2 thumbs down!!! I am only giving one star because I have to give a star to post this otherwise I would not even give that.
I thought I would get a pedicure for an upcoming wedding instead of doing myself. She cut my toes terribly and hardly even filed them. They were cut very short and crooked. I will never go back!
I never do yelp reviews but I feel like I needed to here. I went to get a simple gel manicure and she completely botched my nails. They're bumpy and see through. Would NEVER go back.
My friend and I went here and the service was great! My friend got acrylics and I got a spa pedicure. My friend had good conversation and liked the service while I was able to have a relaxing pedicure without conversation (what I wanted). It was very quiet which was really nice and the employees did not have side conversations which was also very nice. Overall I would recommend going. Prices were very reasonable also!
