Do not go to zoom tan!!! They send out so many messages and deals a day but the deals lead to you spending more money. They charged me for a 12 minute tan when I only went in for 5 minutes, absolute rip off. By using a "deal" I spent $8 more than I normally would buying two tans with no deal.

Don't go to zoom tan! I thought I was signing up for 1 month. Turns out they charged me for 5! I emailed corporate and they are a**holes. A company that's greedy and doesn't care about its customers! Only money! What a surprise. I only used their services for a month and they still wouldn't refund me. They have no problem sending out sales text messages every single day to annoy you! But doesn't send out messages warning you that your being charged! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting company. Also the staff is super nice. This has nothing to do with them. But the corporation itself.

Yup, I quit Zoom Tan again!! I just went to Hawaiian Holiday got a beautiful spray tan- Zoom Tan charges $49 a month, they don't even give you a towel ( just a napkin) Hawaiian gives you a towel, and they only Charge $35 a month. I'm a faithful spray tan girl, my last 2 spray tans at Zoom were blotchy and peeled- weird! I went in to tell them, they actually made me buy a face scrub for a buck, I was like-- you want me to pay for this? Yup, I did. I called corporate, they didn't GAF. I pondered it for a couple days - cancelled my membership, I've been with them for years & years. I tried to switch before. I will not be going back to zoom again. It's a rip off!!! JS- y'all beauties that go to zoom should switch... Save yourself some cash

Not so much this location but the company as a whole. They changed my due date for payment after making me sign up again during my membership period. then when I went to cancel they changed it back to original date and charged my card. Then threatened me that if I stopped payment I could never get a membership again. Rue rue rue home office. Beware your cancelation turns them nasty.
