Yup, I quit Zoom Tan again!! I just went to Hawaiian Holiday got a beautiful spray tan- Zoom Tan charges $49 a month, they don't even give you a towel ( just a napkin) Hawaiian gives you a towel, and they only Charge $35 a month. I'm a faithful spray tan girl, my last 2 spray tans at Zoom were blotchy and peeled- weird! I went in to tell them, they actually made me buy a face scrub for a buck, I was like-- you want me to pay for this? Yup, I did. I called corporate, they didn't GAF. I pondered it for a couple days - cancelled my membership, I've been with them for years & years. I tried to switch before. I will not be going back to zoom again. It's a rip off!!! JS- y'all beauties that go to zoom should switch... Save yourself some cash
Friendly staff and clean booths. Sometimes they are very busy in the late spring after 5 pm so make sure you have time to wait 10-15 minutes before a booth is available. I love that they offer a month to month membership and let you know when you need to cancel by if you choose to. I was offered assistance with tanning time since I just joined and I found that to be helpful. The tanning lotion is very expensive at the store, so I would recommend just buying your own and bringing it with you.
I chose Zoom Tan because they are stand up and i thought that it is much safer during Covid 19. Today was the SECOND time i tanned and there was hair balls (which were NOT mine) in between the bulbs and metal bars. I know this is a very busy location but nothing should be overlooked.... EVER.

The prices at Zoom Tan are so reasonable compared to any other tanning salon I've been to in years. The website is completely transparent when it comes to pricing of all the different levels and they regularly offer a promotion of some sort which is really nice. The staff is pretty friendly (I go to the locations in Liverpool and Fayetteville) and the facility is always clean. I've UV tanned a handful of times (trying to get rid of tanlines before my wedding) and have tried level 2 and 3 spray tans. Both have turned out wonderfully! I would absolutely recommend it to friends.
