Zoom Tan - Tanning Salon in Greece, NY

Today was my first experience with this company and overall it went well. The lady at the desk was accommodating and showed me how to use the UV tanning since I was a new customer. She was very outgoing and helpful. Very clean place as well.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Their spray tan is awful I did what they said and even used primer and each time the spray was un even and my hands and feet turned an awful orange. On top of that the spray tan would clump in certain areas making me look like I had dirt on me. I posted on fb about the situation and this awful company erased my comment and blocked me from being able to say anything. So now I will leave reviews on line and I posted on my fb. Zoom tan you are an awful company!

I purchased a yearly membership since my current one about to expire. The girl pushed me into it and I asked if I could cancel. She informed me I could. I would never cancel and am a loyal customer and the only reason I would cancel is if I became pregnant. Which I did 4 months in. I asked customer service to cancel and pro-rate the difference and they told me that have plenty of pregnant women spray and do UV!!! Are you kidding me?!! Spray is one thing but come on no one in right mind is doing UV when pregnant. I asked them to even pause it till 9 months later and not give me a refund. They refused that also. What does a company have to loose if they pause your account for 9 months out? This is honestly the worst customer service. Companies are so loyal and are going out of their way to do things for their customers during Covid. Not this place they tell you its ok to expose a baby to chemicals and UV. There tans are not even that great. They look blotchy.

I agree with the other two reviewers who stated both this location and corporate have the worst customer service. My daughter went tonight left in tears, went down the street to maximum Tan and had a wonderful experience getting a spray tan.

This is not in anyway a review of the Greece location, as it is all aimed at Zoom Tan corporate. They have the absolute worst customer service and refuse to call and talk with people to resolve issues. I tried to cancel for two days and they went ahead and charged me another month. When I called to talk to someone they referred me to the resolution where you leave your name and number to have someone get back to you. Only no one ever does and they send these generic text messages and that is the only way that they will communicate with you. So THINK REAL HARD about going here and letting them draft from your account as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it back if there is a mistake or miscommunication. Never mind the fact that a real person will not even talk with you to resolve. JUST THE WORST!!!!!!!!
