My husband and I usually go to the Newark location. But Geneva is by far better! Super clean, spacious and never have to wait. If we do have to wait, the wait time is minimal. The staff is super friendly. The overall atmosphere is very nice.

Don't go to the Zoom Tanning in Geneva, New York. I went there yesterday for a number #3 Tanning and it cost me $ 30.00 dollars and was told that the number #3 Tanning is the darkest Tan ever. and was told it will take about 2 hours before I will notice the tan. Well after 2 hours nothing happen. So I called the main office and was told that it takes up to 8 hours to notice the tan. Well 13 hours later still know tan. I was better off laying in the sun. I don't know what kind of business they are trying to run but it doesn't work. I took a picture before and after and there is know tan whatsoever. Save your money because that business is a scam and I am calling the main office up today and try to get my money back. If not then I will see my attorney to see what kind of legal action can be file on that company for false misleading the customer.

I love the new salon! Rooms are so nice and big and you can actually stay in for the full amount of time because each room has air conditioning. The one young girl who is always working is very nice and helpful. So happy they got rid of everyone else.

Unbelievable. I go in sign up and I am informed that there is 50% off accelerator upon signing up. I finish the process and ask about prices and the service rep said " sorry it's only when you sign up", I had literally just signed up. Terrible process, no education regarding beds, times... I am canceling this and hope no one goes there!

Very rude customer service. I have never been faced with a more condescending person in my life. Next time I'm tanning I hope I am not confronted with 72 questions and a horrible attitude when I choose not to buy an unnecessary product. I might be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
