I just have to say, the manager at the Fayetteville location is phenomenal!! I didn't catch her name but she is the nicest most welcoming person!! My friend and I just love her!!
I am incredibly dissatisfied with customer service and products of this Zoom Tan. The attendant gave the wrong instructions regarding body placement for a spray tan resulting in horrible coverage and quality. In addition, she did not a accept a Groupon that I had called ahead and made sure the location did in fact accept. The instruction I was then given was because I did not have physical ID, I could mail in a picture and that would suffice. However, upon doing so, I was told that I would need to pay full price and when asked why the attendant responded "I'm not sure but we can't do Groupons that way". I called the following day to complain and was told "that weird, that shouldn't have happened that way" and given no refund or further explanation. In all, I would not recommend this location due to a horrible quality spray tan, in competent staff and an unhelpful, ironically named, help line.
Tan was pretty good quality and facility was very clean, however, even with proof of age they did not accept Groupon. Process was a bit slow and staff was inflexible and did not offer much helpful instruction to first-time tanners. Also very inconvenient that I was only able to pay with a card.
The prices at Zoom Tan are so reasonable compared to any other tanning salon I've been to in years. The website is completely transparent when it comes to pricing of all the different levels and they regularly offer a promotion of some sort which is really nice. The staff is pretty friendly (I go to the locations in Liverpool and Fayetteville) and the facility is always clean. I've UV tanned a handful of times (trying to get rid of tanlines before my wedding) and have tried level 2 and 3 spray tans. Both have turned out wonderfully! I would absolutely recommend it to friends.
