This was a very pleasant experience. The salon is clean and the equipment and products are up to date. Emily was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. I am only in town for the night but if I ever return to Batavia, I will return to this Zoom Tan location. The only one thing that might throw you off is when you call, you actually call Florida and you are not speaking to this location directly.

I went here one time when I first started tanning for a spray tan and it took me probably an hour to get in (with noone even waiting) after I had to go through a bunch of crap because my id wasn't working or something. The lady working was ok, and tried really hard to contact corporate.. She finally did and I went in... And came out looking like I didn't even go in. And to top it off they over charged my card and I had to have my bank block them. Not a good experience.
