I went there to get a full set waiting over 2 hours to get my nails done. When he was doing my nails he cut me. He didn't do what I asked for. Then he made me pay $45 dollars. After like 10 minutes after I got done one of my nails came off. I will never do back again. If u want your nails done good don't go there. They also was rude.
This is the second time in a year I've not been satisfied with service due to rude nail techs! I asked for a French manicure in gel polish and somehow the polish smudged on one of my finger nails. To my surprise, the nail technician didn't even attempt to fix it. Instead she started talking trash (in her language, of course) to her coworker and slamming drawers!!!
This type of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not be returning!
The service was horrible. I went to get my eyebrows done and Kim completely messed them up. When I pointed it out to her she told me to draw them back on with an eyebrow pencil. Really? I will never go back to them even if they were doing services for free.
Worst mani/pedi ever. They rushed through everything. Never came close to massaging my legs or feet for the pedicure. Tried to put the wrong color on, even though I picked out the colors and showed the pictures of how I needed them done. When I said no, that's not the right color, he told me to relax. (I will as soon as you pick the right color). This was all for a wedding. I walked out with a sloppy manicure but my toes were painted ok. Also I have two gashes on my thumb were he cut me. My daughters were suppose to match and I guess they kind of do, but she really needed a thinner strip. Then they left my mom waiting for 20 minutes to get her eyebrows waxed. Overall I don't think they even deserve a 1. I would not go there if you are looking for a nice relaxing mani/pedi or any type of decent customer service.
Great mani pedi. No waiting. Plenty of stations. Friendly fast service. The technician spent time and you didn't feel like they were rushing to get to the next customer. Very relaxing, spa chairs much more comfortable than most.
My nails look great. I will definitely get my nails done there again when I am in this area.
