Stella is amazing ! She will walk you through any process you are looking to have done. I'm in the process of transitioning from brunette to blonde. She always listens to my needs and helps me with any hair problems I might have . I highly recommend her. Besides her amazing work you will fall in love with her bubbly personality !
Went here for years. Believe it is a bit overpriced for the area. Ended up going darker from having ash blonde and my hair was actually more damaged going darker at Zoia than when I had it lightened at a different salon. Made the plan to do balayage with a different stylist here, to do this over time due to damage done by the other stylist at Zoia . She continually said my hair was too dry to highlight after several months of paying roughly $130 to have my roots done dark every month. Ended up going to a different salon (one that gave me initial highlights) and they highlighted my hair with zero issues and advised me my hair was not dry. Of note, I loved the stylist at the other salon and only went back to Zoia because they had Olaplex.
I went to Bailey several times and she would always do giant swaths of highlight on just one side of my hair. One time she completely forgot about me while I was processing. When she came to check on me, she rushed me to the back to rinse, then left the toner on my head for like 15 minutes with towels over my hair. My hair felt so fried after that. I decided to never go back and cancel all appointments with her.
*haircut review only* Called in for a last minute haircut as my hair has been disgusting after waiting over a year or more for a haircut. Staff was able to get me in the same day & the place was gorgeous. My hairdresser, Joey, did a fantastic job from start to finish while making me feel comfortable & welcomed. Haven't tried any of the spa portion of the salon but plan to give it a try eventually. Took off one star because the entry door/ front room smelled like bowel..
I was so pleased and impressed with the service here! All of the staff were so kind and helpful! Bailey did an amazing job on my hair, I love it so much! The atmosphere felt so welcoming and safe. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this place to all my friends and family!! :)
