I recently moved to the Twin Cities from the New York City area and I can't begin to put into words how happy I am to have found Zilya! She is an absolute master at her craft and it's obvious how much she genuinely loves what she does. I originally went to see Zilya regarding Japanese Hair Straightening after calling the few places in the TC that offer this service - Zilya was the only stylist to speak with me in detail about the length and condition of my hair, even asking me to send her photos. I've been having my hair straightened at a Japanese salon outside of Manhattan for the past five years, and was admittedly nervous to continue such a potentially damaging process with someone new... WELL! My nerves were completely unfounded, and after an in-person consult and a fabulous new cut, I felt totally comfortable returning the following week for straightening. Zilya even gave me quick styling "lesson" after my cut and introduced me to hair products that are the best I've ever tried. Zilya is a total sweetheart, and she and Olga make a fabulous team! I can't recommend Zilya Salon highly enough!
