I want to like this salon, I really do. And I've tried...4x. But each appointment pushes me further away. I've had my hair cut here 4 times and each time there has always been something. Each appointment has been moved to a different stylist than who I originally scheduled with. And 3 of the 4 stylists are no longer there so clearly there is some turnover problems. Appointment times have been changed without my consent, I only found out when I got an email that my appointment changed times. I had an eye brow wax appointment that started 30 mins late because the esthetician did t watch the time of her appointments that day and said the previous appointment just "got away from her". I went back to the front desk twice while waiting and no one seemed to be concerned about the back up or attempt to go check and see what was going on. I'll continue my search for a permanent salon/stylist.
I always get the best pedicures at Lili Salon Spa! Cymbre and Akina are great! The staff is all very friendly. I haven't tried their other services yet, but plan to.
When I shop at Galleria, I expect outstanding customer service. I walked in to Lili Salon Spa and tried to get some assistance and the employees behind the desk were gossiping with each other and just very rude. I was hoping to find a permanent place to get my hair and nails done but will definitely not be choosing this salon as they can not even make time to share information. Thumbs down!
My cut is always perfect for all of my sports! Cassie is awesome!!! My color is fancy and fun like my cut. Heather is a perfectionist and always wants it to be perfect! I walk out of that salon and receive all kinds of accolades. People have asked where I get it done. A woman In Nashville came up to me and asked! Heather and Cassie are absolutely the best!!! Going to Lili is such a wonderful experience!!!
