Zena Nails in Harrisburg, PA

I typically visit here with my friend for a girl's day. The nail tech, T, that I'm typically paired with usually gives off an unapproachable and rushed demeanor, but yesterday she was completely unprofessional and rude. I requested 4 marble nails, but when she did them they were really harsh and looked a bit streaky on one hand. I thought that she was going to let them dry a bit and add another layer to soften them up and pick up more of the mid tones, but when I realized that this was the final look I stopped and kindly asked her if she was able to soften it up before she moved on to add any crystals. When I did this, I was immediately met with attitude. So, I asked my friend sitting beside me what she thought, and she also didn't like the nail and asked if the woman could add a bit more grey. The nail tech then proceeded to give more attitude and even raised her voice in the salon saying that I was "wasting her time." Needless to say, she has horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you would be paired with her. WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE! I will not be returning to this salon and giving them any business.

Absolutely the WORST pedicure I've ever had and I'm in my 50's!! Dirty and run down. All the equipment is old and worn. I've never seen more worn equipment then at this place. The technician hardly did anything to my feet and when I left they looked exactly like when I walked in. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've been going to thi for over 3 years now. She's amazing. She's never disappointed me and always does the best she can. I've been to others before but they don't come close to thi. Her prices are very fair. Her and her sister Mia have always helped me with my daughter when I take her in so I can get my nails done. I won't go to anyone else.

I dare you to try and find a better nail salon. I have tried countless different places for the best pedicure and no one has even come close to Zena Nails. My sister and I have been coming here for years and have never left dissatisfied. I live out of town and have tried multiple places around me and I'm always disappointed. The staff is always friendly and even when they are busy they take their time with you and make sure your experience is relaxing and enjoyable. One of my biggest pedicure pet peeves is feeling like they are rushing and skimp out on the pampering portions of the service. You're pay for those benefits and they make sure you get them! Zena has built a great business with a great staff! Keep up the great work!

Went here today for the first time, and I can say that I am very satisfied with the service I received. I was greeted immediately and did not have to wait. Clean facility & friendly staff. I showed them a design I wanted off of pinterest and she did an amazing job!!! I will share the photo I would recommend this establishment to those looking for fast & friendly service. And good quality work!!
