When I arrived I stopped at the jewelry counter and know one was there then I had to wait just for one woman when she was not even available because she was helping another associate. that didn't make sense to me. Then she went back over in the middle of helping me so I got nothing. I stopped at Sephora for Makeup, All of it was a total and complete waste of Money. There overpriced Makeup irritated my skin and the Selena Gomez eyeliner complete waist as it performed nothing like advertised, oh the lies. Then not only did I receive disappointing service the sales associate at the place Provided THEY WORST SERVICE EVER, she was lazy. The experience was non engaging and I will be returning The $160 worth of Makeup back!!! All she did was pick random items with the highest price tag to sell me. NOT NEEDING TO GO THERE ANYMORE To Sephora. The Makeup Associate zero interest in even being there like oh I hate my job, not a good look for the company. I'll stick with my products and next time will pass on spending money with stores that don't value their customers shopping experience. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

I couldn't find two pairs of Levi's in my size, so she offered to find them online and even price adjusted them to what I paid online AND sent them to my house with FREE one-day shipping. Best associate EVER!
I came here to pick up an order that I purchased online. I went to the Home department as instructed on the email and was told that nobody is back there that I must go up front to the register. I went up front to the register and there was a fairly long line. When I got to the check-out, the girl was very nice and went back and got my order. 3 stars because the store seemed very understaffed for the time of year...
Disappointing selection of Big and Tall merchandise. Had two employees - one of which was apparently a manager - talking amongst themselves very loudly about how one employee felt under appreciated and the manager complaining about people on other shifts instead of asking if I could use any help finding anything. Not that I necessarily needed any assistance, I just thought it was extremely unprofessional to be having such a conversation in front of customers. Another group of employee was walking around being loud and talking amongst themselves about the shoes they wanted to buy instead of offering to help or clean up the mess of displays. Not impressed with this location overall - only bright spot is that the cashier threw in an extra 30% coupon since I didn't have any coupons with me.
I ordered roller shades on line from JCPenney. Unfortunately, the shipment did not include the hardware (brackets). Called their customer service department and was told that JCPenney does NOT have a parts department and that they could not ship the missing brackets. I find that hard to believe that a company who is doing business on line is not able to ship items that were missing from an order. The only option was to return the blinds and place an entire new order; however, there was no guarantee that the follow up shipment would have all the correct items and hardware. I was transferred to 2 different supervisors and I finally ended up getting a credit on my credit card for a very small amount, which does not even cover the time that I spent on the phone trying to get hardware that should have been included in the order in the first place. I will never order or buy anything from JC Penney ever again. This company is a joke !!
