I bought a Groupon for them. I've been calling forever no one answers. So today Dec 9, 2022 at 4pm I drive 35 minutes to their place because I can't book an appointment bang on the door. Three separate times for 15 minutes and again no one answers the door but I can see a blonde lady in there. I guess that's what happens unfortunately when you go to a lower end of town. They have no respect for what open means what it means to answer a telephone or how to answer a door when someone knocks Good luck with this place They must not want new business.
I decided to treat myself on Saturday for my birthday to get my hair done. I just wanted my roots bleached to match my blonde. Mia said oh let's do highlights and ashe blonde as base.... thought I was only going to be maybe $70 but ended up at $120 and gave a tip. My appointment was 330pm and I was out of there by 445pm. My hair looked beautiful when she was done.
She died and styled it. When I washed my hair on Tuesday to my surprise my hair was over processed and fried and cut uneven. I never spend much on my hair and I feel I spent a lot to have my hair ruined. I reached out to her Tuesday she got me back in on Friday to do a "deep conditioning" I was there for 25 mins for a wash and conditioner, dry and curl again. I told her not to curl but she insisted even though she waited for 2 hours for me to get there at 4pm. I believe she dried, curled and styled both times to cover up the fried hair. I'm am so upset . 1st pic is before she touched, second after processed and styled, 3rd after my first wash.
Mia is excellent. Always a great cut. She has been styling my hair for years, I even come back to Indy so I can get my hair cut!
Mia did a good job on my hair and made it how I wanted. She was very kind and worked hard to cater to my needs and wants. I'm so happy w my hair and she worked so hard to make it the dirty blonde color I desired. The place is very aesthetic and awesome!
