the 2 specialists i've seen here have been so amazing. they're always making sure i'm comfortable & feeling as little pain as possible with any treatment. Kara is so incredible i recommend booking with her ! she's done my Brazilians since my last specialist left and she always does a phenomenal job ! best place in asheville for sure. they offer more than waxing as well, i'll definitely be back to check out their facial peels!!
Krystal did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax. I previously visited another waxing spot and am so happy with my switch over to Zen. She took her time and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. Will definitely be returning
Very sweet staff, great COVID procedures, but following my brow waxing, I had burns under my left brow that left redness scabbing :-/ I've had my brows waxed before and never had this issue, though this time I opted for a brow tint as well. Unsure what caused it but not sure I'll be in any time soon.
