I took my daughter to this salon since she has curly hair. Even though it was expensive, Her hair stylist was great and did a good job so we scheduled another appointment for 3 months later. I received the reminder while on a cruise and sent an email due to limited services 3 days prior as soon as I received the reminder. On Sunday I received an email saying I was being charged 50% of the services. I called first thing Monday morning to explain so I wouldn't be charged. The manager called me back and after explaining she stated this is our policy so we are still charging.because they did not receive the email. It is unfortunate they handle their customers this way and therefore will not be returning.
For the amount I paid, I was very disappointed. My stylist was ranked as a very high level in working with blondes and you could barely tell she did anything when she was done. On top of that, she was kind of rude when I mentioned it to her and overall wasn't friendly. I spent more than three times what I usually spend and nothing to show for it. I will not be returning.
The salon is clean and modern. I've been here three times. Each time I've left with a so-so haircut that I didn't love, but looked Ok. For the high price, I expected more. My most recent cut was from Taylor and I was left underwhelmed and had to soon get yet another cut somewhere else because it grew out so poorly. I won't be returning here.

Emily C is amazing. So personable. So amazing at what she does. She gave me the most beautiful cut after having my hair botched at that! She added bangs and I flew over the moon. I feel so beautiful thanks to her! Wonderful scalp massage hair wash, leveled stylist for budget and expertise, clean, cute, 5$ parking across the street, complementary drinks. I would give it more stars honestly I was floored as how amazing the experience was.
Went in for a trim and left feeling pampered. My stylist Mya asked all the right questions, made me feel heard and executed with precision and care. The deep conditioning included a wonderful scalp message! Mya gave me what I asked for while also using her expertise to guide my decisions. I love Wink!
