Markets as a mobile service so ordered it then they responded can we come to them another day. Why market that they come to customers and service if it's not true? Unprofessional and a waste if people's time. No we can't come any day thats why we reached out to get the mobile service. My mother is on hospice so can't travel.

I've been a customer for several years and I've always had a great experience. After today, I may have to find a new salon. I arrived early for my appointment and checked in. 15 min after my scheduled appointment I received phone call that pedicurist  had an emergency and if I could wait another 15 min they would work me in. I waited. Once tech began,total process was rushed. Barely any callous removal, quickie massage, sloppy trim and filing. I had to ask for additional callous treatment which consisted of three more seconds. Total of 19 min in the chair. Honestly, one of worst, most rushed pedis I've ever had. I think they've stretched themselves too thin unfortunately.

I used to love this place. For many appointments previous I have booked online. Today I had a question before I booked so I called the phone number listed online for them. After 5 minutes of listening to a recording telling me over and over to go online to book and pressing different numbers thinking I'd get a human... then only to listen to the website address spelled out to me AGAIN. I hung up and called a different salon and have an appointment there today.

Less machines. More humans. A recording obviously won't ever answer my question.

I went for the first time today and had a great experience! I had a manicure and a pedicure. I scheduled online, and the appointments ran perfectly on time. My nails look great, she worked with me to find the perfect color. I'll definitely come back.

I've been to this salon 6 times for a dip manicure with takeoff. Like most of the reviews, it's a hit or miss. I definitely recommend trying this place out & if you're lucky enough -- I hope you get Lua.

Pros:
- They are organized in that they mostly require appointments but sometimes they will accept walk-ins.
- They have a variety of colors to choose from in both regular, gel & dip polish.
- They are very accommodating for when you have 2+ people in your party.
- All the technicians that I've had were very meticulous with working with my nails. They would ensure that the shape and length is even on both hands.
- Background music is great. A lot of sing along classics.
- Parking is easy! There's a lot adjacent to their salon. There's only three rows of free parking otherwise the other larger lot is pay to park.

Cons:
- They're often very busy so expect to be at the salon for an extra 30mins  
- Sometimes they forget to offer you a beverage and for me it's happened all 6 times. Just feels awkward when the person next to you is offered something to drink.
- Don't expect to have full-on conversations with your nail tech and bring a fully charged phone. Otherwise you'll be like me trying to make conversation and it's not really being reciprocated.

Suggestions:
- Request the nail tech you're interested in when you confirm your appointment
- Have a color or design in hand to speed up the process

All things considered, this was still my go-to. I've tried most other place near downtown and this place was the only one that had me coming back.
