I went with a specific color and design in mind (dark brown with chrome). I looked through most of the colors but was unable to find a color I wanted so I showed the staff exactly what I wanted. They also were unable to find a similar color and any colors they found that looked remotely close in the bottle looked nothing similar to what it ended up looking like on the nail. Staff were patient with me as I tried to find a color I wanted but it was very frustrating. BEWARE THAT EVERY COLOR ON THE SAMPLES LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE COLOR IT WILL BE ON YOUR NAILS. Place is also very expensive (+$16 for chrome). My friends nails chipped as soon as she got home.

I went in for a gel pedicure and express mani. I booked the day before. I know the guy was new who did my work but then the fact I was charged $80 for my goes to look basic and my nails to look like no one even touched them is ridiculous. Not to mention his nails looked absolutely gross. He should have worn gloves when doing my mani. An express mani there is literally just pushing your cuticle back (barely) without any product, a couple strokes of a nail file then painting regular polish. Don't let the good location fool you - it's garbage and over priced.

When I first started going to Vogue, the service was top-notch! Lina would do my nails and they would always turn out great. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill since.

Every time I book an appointment, my service doesn't start until 10 minutes after and would be interrupted throughout.

More recently, I started doing GelX nails rather than acrylics. Lina would do them and they would stay on for three weeks. The last two appointments, I had someone else do the gelx, as my other appointments were taking long.

This last time, the lady that did them did a very poor job. My nail fell off within 3 days of getting them done. Lina took a look at the set and scheduled me an appointment to have them all fixed. I came in a couple days after and only had the three other nails that fell off in the meantime, fixed. (and by the same person).. Those fell off a week later and so did the rest of them.

All in all, there are a lot of nail salons in the area and I think I'm finally going to try someplace else.

Normally, I love this nail salon and think they do an amazing job but I had a horrible experience last time. They booked my friend and I an appointment for 6pm then proceeded to act so put off that we were there at 6pm when they were the ones who booked it! One of us was supposed to get a pedicure and a manicure and they told us they couldn't do both. They didn't start the nails until 6:20, which makes no sense if they wanted to get out of there before 7. If they didn't pout around for 20 minutes, we would have done much earlier. It was so uncomfortable and we kept getting passed from person to person who acted so annoyed to even be there. It was extremely uncomfortable. Horrible experience, completely unprofessional and unwelcoming staff.

Owner was very apologetic of my experience and more than made up for it by giving me an amazing service with a good discount. I can't recommend Tommy enough. His attention to detail is unreal!

I have had 2 of the best mani's of my life at Vogue, and 1 mediocre. Lisa is a master of her trade, expert in all areas. I haven't ever asked for nail art, but Megan at the front has some dope ass nails so someone there can do whatever you want. Sokly fixed me up with the coolest chrome - looks like the real deal. I picked the color and she found the perfect topper, then took the most meticulous care getting every detail just right. Hard to find in nail artistry these days. The whole place is happy from first entry, clean and bright, welcoming staff, spa-like experience leaving me refreshed and looking cool.
