Went on a day my usual place was closed and I got terrible service from someone who was so rude and focused on other people and watching their phone and my pedicure was terrible. I was probably done with my pedicure in less than 20 minutes and that included the whole 5 min massage I got before I was sent on my way to pay
I wanted to have a girls day with my mom, I seen the pictures on the internet & I was very excited to come here. I went ahead & called to make a appointment for a 2 mani & 1 pedi. we walked in & I shown her the nails I wanted, well they seen my mom right away. they sat me down & I waited for a while then people started walking in & they were so quick to get them seated & get started on them. I was getting really embarrassed so I started to walk out, they lady in the front calls for me & asked if I wanted to make a appointment for tomorrow.... why would I do that. now I'm sitting in my car waiting for my mom... I'm so embarrassed.. I will never come here again.
Well, over a 100 dollars for a manicure that came off within a week, and a pedicure that gave me a rash from toes to my knees. I had to go to doctor and get ointment for it. super pushy to on trying to get a drink or something different then what I asked for. I recommend to my friend and they went the same day and pedicures were rushed and rough to the point they both ended up with messed up toes, and feet were not scrub. I will never go back.
Well, birthday experience was terrible. We ended up walking out and going to KimLe Nails. Communicate and Listening was terrible. I explained my friend reads lips and was deaf. They were wearing a mask and seemed to get upset when she didn't respond. She requested old school style white tips not powder or gel. She was told they discounted that and no salon does that. KIM LE did no problem. Older lady doing my mani was rough and didn't say one word the whole time. She was man handling my fingers. I facebook messaged them about the issue and they just wanted us to come back. We didn't feel welcomed and no one communicated well or listened. Best of luck if you use them.
Old dude put glitter on my nails when I wanted chrome. He also made them square and I wanted coffin, he knew they liked like trash bc/ he said he would do a new set tomorrow, sir I am never coming back
