I've become incredibly picky about where I get my hair done. I've been to multiple salons in several states. I have a sensitive head with very long hair. I also can't stand stylists that talk to their co-workers poorly about other people the whole appointment... or leaving with hair resembling something much different from pictures shown and initial conversation. Last summer I decided to attempt finding a new stylist. I had a balayage and cut with Teri, and it turned out perfectly. I saw her again this month and couldn't be happier with another balayage/trim. She's talented, her suggestions are also spot on, and I receive several compliments.

Got my hair done here for my wedding! I brought in one photo of the style I wanted the morning of the wedding and the stylist, Andrea, was able to pull it off no problem! Very nice staff--my mom and sister both got their hair done here too! This place was reasonably priced especially compared to other options in Port Orchard. Highly recommend.

I recently went in to get my hair highlighted by Cathie, she charged me $130 for a full foil of highlights and had said to me over the phone that it would only cost $85. I wasn't pleased with my hair, it looked chunky, multi-toned and in most lighting looked very orange. There products had a chemical reaction with my hair and it got extremely hot and very uncomfortable. My grandma and I decided that we should address this with the stylist and went in to the salon to talk with her. She then told us that we didn't know what we were talking about and she did nothing wrong. She then told us to get out and to never come back and pushed us out the door. I highly recommend you do not go here they are very rude and disrespectful to there customers. After all this I went to third dimension and they saved my hair and made it look amazing. DO NOT GO TO ZEHAIRA SALON!

I went to Linda, she was amazing! She takes the extra customer service steps, remembers my favorite coffee, accommodates my needs for an early appointment, she always takes the time to do a "complete" consult prior to my cut so she understands exactly what I want, and gets it right the first time. She is friendly and kind, don't be surprised when she remembers your whole family names and all next time you go in. This is what we "should" get when we go to a salon! They are doing it right. They use quality salon products and leave there feeling like a million bucks. I would highly recommend!
