Owner, Jose knows his craft. Service is consistently good and well done, but appointment time is limited for the latter part of the day only. Atmosphere is relaxing and would commend to future customers.

Looks they aren't hurting through covid I called to see if I could get my hair cut guy who answered said they are busy so looks like they don't need a new customer so I went to another shop that took me in without any hesitations. Won't ever come here again so new customers don't even waste your time they don't have time to be kind or help you get a appointment if they are so called busy.

Amazing! Jose does an amazing job when it comes to color and hair cuts. Dark brown to platnum blond my hair did not get damaged. He also recommended products to keep my hair looking amazing. As for the pink hair customer ...obviously did not care for her hair properly at all! Proper maintenance is "KEY" FOR ANY HAIR STYLE AND OR COLOR!!

This is more of a story than a review, only because my experience was so strange and unexpected, I really don't know how to rate it! First of all, the owner doesn't believe in the internet. HIS words. So I don't see how this story could possibly have any fallout for him but for me? I'm just lucky I work at a place that doesn't have rules about hair color. I wanted to go from brown hair to a 'rose gold' sort of color but on the cool side. Just look at Pinterest. It's there. I called the owner to ask if he does colors like that and he told me to come in for a consult. I brought him pictures of what I wanted and texted them to him while we also discussed a cut. He was going to use the pictures as reference for buying the color where he gets his supplies. I asked if he'd ever done that color before because it seemed like he hadn't but his answer was a flippant scoff and, "I've been doing color for 35 years." So I made my appt for the following Monday. I was excited. My appt was supposed to take several hours, per the owner, and it did. He bleached my hair first and it didn't burn or itch. He uses good stuff. We talked a lot over the next few hours before other customers came in. When he mixed the color and told me it was the prettiest pink he found, I got worried because I didn't ask for "pink". The color in the mixing bowl was SO pink. It was like pink on fire. A fluorescent magenta if you will. Since this was my first time getting such a color, I assumed this rich pigment was not going to be the final color of my hair because it just couldn't be. It obviously didn't match the pictures we both had on our phones. I went with it. He rinsed it off. It was shocking pink. He acted like nothing was wrong and asked how I liked it. And the funny thing is, I liked it. I said, "Well, this is definitely not the color I asked for but I think I like it." He was quiet and continued to cut and then blow dry. My hair looked pretty awesome when he was done, at a monetary cost of $200 and 7 hours of my time on Earth. It felt awful to pay that much for something I did not order in the first place. I tipped him $50 because, yeesh, the guy worked on me for a long time [and I felt kinda embarrassed for him]. You probably think I'm crazy. It's just that I have gotten so many compliments on it, I consider this incident serendipitous. So, if you're into surprises and you don't cry over spilled dye, this could be the salon for you.
