Visited Young & Show Hair Design in Rowland Heights and had the pleasure of having Vincent as my hairstylist. Right from the start, Vincent impressed me with his exceptional customer service. 0 star!!!!! The worst hair salon I have ever try! Expensive and bad!!! I had extensions, they was during like 2 weeks and after they start to fall and break !!!! The hair wasn t qualitative!!! Was an absolutely shit for 1k!!!! I don t recommended this salon for nobody maybe for dogs!!! They need to learn and use goods and quality products for humans!!!! I was coming back to show them and if they can do something about and they didn't t do anything!!!!!

I made the appointment at 3:00pm before one day, when I arrive this location they told me double book and I need to wait at least 30mins. The men's attitude is so rude and nothing for sorry. So make the appointment is not important because they don't care about you.

Showed the hair cutter (his name was Vincent) a picture of what I wanted and pointed out the layers. He said he could do it no problem. After washing my hair, he started cutting and then did a blow dry. While the blow dry was nice, my hair looked nothing like the picture. I have no layers whatsoever and it looks like I just took a pair of scissors and cut 6 inches straight off my hair. When he finished, my mom noticed that the back of my hair still had really long strands of hair that he missed. He then came over and started cutting it some more while we were paying. All in all not a very good experience. I'm glad my hair grows fast though! (I also understand that a lot of styling went into the reference photo I provided, but again, he didn't cut any layers! Totally not worth the $55)

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I walked in and showed them pictures of what I wanted and the man who cut my hair proceeded to cut my hair as I standing up and chopped off 6 inches straight off my hair and guided me to wash my hair. Who starts a haircut off like that? No measurements and such, just right as I walked in! He then cut my hair MUCH shorter with choppy layers. I didn't ask to get my blonde hair cut off but he did so without asking me though I kindly told him not to. The haircut ended up looking like the picture below which is NOTHING close to the pictures I showed him. I will not be returning to this place ever again. It was the tall man who cut my hair.
