Zbrio Salon n Spa in Redmond, WA

If they had an option for no stars I would give it. Came in for highlights and came home with dark hair. She told me to give it some time. My hair is fried. Never again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Zbrio wasn't very responsive to several phone calls & emails (when trying to ask questions/book off a Groupon), but it was the holidays so understandable, but it was easy to book when I finally reached someone. They were nice women, salon is attractive/well-equipped, they probably do good haircuts & spa treatments. My gripe is ONLY about specifically a Keratin treatment, just to be aware if purchasing. The problem is, the Keratin hair treatment I received did absolutely nothing. I hoped it would "kick-in", later but zero smoothing effect. So a complete waste of $ & fairly long drive. When I finally did reach them (she said email on the website doesn't get to the salon, it goes to HR?!?), manager says it takes multiple treatments to work. That wasn't obvious in the write-up, & far too expensive & far for me to come for multiples, I wouldn't have spent $ on something that single use wouldn't help.

Henal (the owner) did my shellac nails and I cant even start to detail what a awful job she did. She seemed to know nothing about professionally doing shellac nails. All my polish chipped out on its own within 48 hours and even when I got my nails done, they looked like a 5 yo's job. My nails are damaged and my cuticles are in real bad shape. I have been getting shellac nails done for a decade and never had such a terrible experience. Should have learnt from another review about nails and given this business a miss. NEVER get your nails done from here ladies.

Mona did a beautiful job at hair coloring. Got the exact shade I was looking for :) Would definitely come back here.

This was my first experience at Zbrio at it was very awesome. My stylist carefully cut my hair perfectly to match what I wanted. She knew what would look good without me knowing the exact length numbers I was looking for, and offered good advice regarding hair care and products. The salon itself is very clean, spacious (for those waiting) and is in a great location. They can also put your payment info as well as any promotional cards you have in their system in order to make paying very easy as you leave.
