I had the best massage in years from Timber. The first time I was booked with her. Loved the added gentle sinus facial massage. A new and wonderful experience.
I came in for a facial, the atmosphere was really nice! Easy and convenient to book an appointment. The facial was good, more of a massage than a facial. I enjoyed the experience but it was not a 5.
I've been to several stylists and was pleased with all. That's trust, to use various stylists to cut and color hair, for sure! I've never had such consistent results as I've had with their Aveda color system. I have also been gifted a facial and massages there and was definitely pleased. I purchased a couple facials on my own and had different aestheticians and loved it all. They also run on time and have an efficient front desk!
I love the stylist that I go to at Z Place. She does a great job and is very personable. But I'm just about ready to find a new salon just because the front desk is atrociously managed. They answer the phone by placing the caller on hold without a word. *IF* you can get them to pick up after being on hold then they will answer one question such as "Does XXX have any openings for a trim in two weeks?", they will answer "No" and promptly hang-up so that you cannot ask about the following week or month. Often, the phone just rings and rings. This behavior has gotten worse over the past year. I'm not sure if it is an employee issue or a management issue.
