"Walk-ins welcome" but I just spent 10 minutes standing at the front desk and not a single person would acknowledge me or give me the opportunity to make an appointment.

I have been going to Starr for mani/pedis for years and cannot say enough good things about her. I used to have acrylic nails which left my nails in horrible condition. Starr helped me get them heathy and keeps the looking great. Her manicures last for two weeks and her pedicures last for well over a month.  I especially love her creativity and free-style and can always count on her to design something beautiful. Be sure to ask for Starr when you book your appointment.

I wrote in MY OWN appointment.  I showed up & Teri Wilson, stylist said I don't have you on the books.  R E A L L Y ?!!  I aint crazy.  I know when I wrote in my appointment !!   I scheduled this appointment SIX MONTHS AGO !!  I showed her that  I had It written down on a piece of paper.  I even scheduled my vacation AROUND my appointment !!!!!!!!!  I came home & showed up only to be turned away !!!!! if I could give this place a no star, I would.  stay away !!   #LIARS  terrible !!
the owner of this salon is very unprofessional.  she told me that they took me off the books because I "MISSED TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS"    MY life revolved AROUND my hair appointments !!!!  I missed ONE appointment in SIX YEARS of continued revenue.

My hairdresser disappeared from my last shop without a trace. So, in a panic, I resorted to yelp to find a new hair dresser home!

I came upon this location and stopped in. They weren't able to see me same day but I arrived late and on a weekend. So that is on me :). They scheduled me an appointment the following week with Andrea, after I explained what I wanted (angled bob with purple highlights).

I got the cut first. You know, dipping my toe in the water to see how I liked it.  Andrea was great! She was friendly and chatted but the chatter didn't make my appointment go longer  than I should! It's hard to find someone who can cut AND talk haha.

The cut was perfect! She did exactly what I wanted and needed!

I scheduled a second appointment t immediately for my color and showed her what I wanted. She did an excellent job! I wanted purple but not obnoxious.  I travel and didn't want it to be too outstanding.

Basically...I found a hair dresser I love and she is amazing. check it out!!
