I went into get a full set pink and white yesterday. The asian lady that helped me said her name is Hillary. She was Very RUDE. When I told her what color pink I wanted she used a very Bright pink on my nail, and I told her I didn't like it. She Yelled at me, and said What do you want. It went down hill after that. She didn't like me questioning her about my nails, even though I'm paying for it. She charged me $70. for a horrible service. She left pink acrylic up under my nail. When I got home, I had to get it out myself. I do not recommend this salon. She did not show Good customer service or Appreciation for her customer. I did let her know.
One of the absolute best pedicures I have ever had. I went a week ago and I'm still thinking about the long leg massage and have absolutely no chips. They take their time and know what they're doing!
Small shop, that's the only downfall. I went to the young lady in the first chair and she was awesome! Had a pink gel fill and the shape and finish are fabulous. It was fast and she really did a great job! I found my new nail shop!! The price was as expected, she didn't overcharge me like my last experience at another salon across the street.
please do not go here! stop, turn around and run!!! you will be sooooo disappointed and disrespected!! worst owner/ manager/ service ever!! guy did my pedicure and they talked him through the whole process. he didn't put a towel down for me, he files my skin of my toes, he nipped me three times, then had the audacity to half scrub my feet and did not use the correct lotion i paid for. special deluxe manicure my tail. i got a special alright. then the owner watch the whole thing and lied about what he witness. i finally got up cause i couldn't take it anymore, i'm a patience person and i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but never again. then on top on that he still expected for me to pay the full price. not!! i will definitely be going further because this is new life extortion and to think because you said you will call security. call them, i will dial. because right is right and wrong is wrong. and the icing on the cake talk about me in another language, say it in english. again, please do not go here!! the will be on channel 5 news next week.
I would HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to get acrylic nails. I saw another client getting acrylic nails while I was getting my pedicure and really liked her nails. I decided to get them myself and they looked great. HOWEVER, if you know anything about acrylic nails you have probably heard of MMA, which is a cheap and ILLEGAL liquid to use for acrylic nails. It took me over 3 hours to remove the acrylic because this stuff (MMA) becomes like cement on your nails. Highly illegal and often used, so always ask to see the product. FYI -here are some signs your nail tech is using MMA: acrylic burns when applied, over drilling the nail (they should not be using just the metal to drill your nails!) and when you soak the nails to remove the acrylic the substance is gooey rather than flaky. Hope this helps!
