I've been going to see Giulianna for over a year now! Every time I leave the salon I am completely satisfied! Very happy with my results. The first time I went with her I had over worked, damaged bleached hair due to a previous hairdresser I had. On top of that my hair layers where choppy. Ever since I've continued to go with Giulianna my hair's health has drastically increased. I've kept my blonde hair with no brassiness. Highly recommend going to Yovana's hair salon. You will not regret it!
Dont come here and waste your time. Let me tell you my mom and i started coming here because my sister recommended Giulianna to us. So we decided to give her a shot. Ever since our first time we will always come and did our hair perfectly. The last time we came i had made an appointment for 11:00. Waited over 30 minutes and i texted her never responded and called never answered. Her mom shows up at 12:00 and lets us in and attended us which was Yovana. Her daughter Giulana showed up at around 12:30 didnt even attend us didnt say sorry for the inconvience nothing. Thats very unprofessional. I rather go somewhere else and be attended properly then having to deal with this ugly and horrible service. Customer service over all is the most important in a business ! update: She responds to my yelp review and basically says shes glad my baby and my little brother wont be going anymore because it made her other customers uncomfortable! Now you guys can see the kind of service Giulana provides to her "customers"
I was super nervous about bleaching my hair and going ombre but, omg! ....do they know what they're doing. This place seems to get a lot of referrals and i was referred as well. I could not have asked for better service or a more patient stylist. She took her time, made sure she divided each section accordingly and the results speak for themselves. Yovana was amazing and certainly an expert at her craft. Definitely coming back.
