Your Time Hair Care Salon in Garner, NC

I called the Your Time Hair Care Salon, Garner, NC twice to make a hair  appointment,  Left a voicemail and I never received a response back.  On Saturday, March 20, 2021 I went to the salon and the woman inside the shop did not ask as to why I am standing outside.  Called again and spoke with Patricia in which she asked for my phone number.  Received a text from Patricia today, March 22, 2021 asking me to text my name, email and time I would like to come in in which I did.  I sent text telling Patricia what hair services I wanted and asked about the cost.  Patricia told me that when my hair appointment is scheduled, the system will send a notification which will include cost estimate.  She also stated that she cannot do a phone quote on what she doesn't know what she is looking at.   I asked Patricia if I come in at 6:00 a.m. will she be finished by 10:00 a.m. as I had an appointment in North Raleigh.  She stated yes.  I also asked her does she have a cool setting on the blow dryer.  Patricia told me "I'm a professional of over 30 years.  I don't usually do all this ask and forth texting.  I will see you for your appointment where we can discuss your service."  I responded to Patricia by stating that "I'm sure you are a professional woman with years of experience.  However, I called the shop twice.  I also left a voice message that I did not get a response.  On Saturday, I went to the shop and called again.  That's when you answered the phone.  I suggest you take tips on how to be more professional."   Patricia then responded back by saying "You know I was coming in on my day off to accommodate you tomorrow.  But I think a stylist that is less busy would be a better fit for you.  Good luck in your search."
From looking at the three reviews from 2017 and 2018, I see why business at this hair salon is very slow.  No customers since 2018?  Word of advice to Patricia at Your Time Hair Care Salon.  Unless you a celebrity stylist, your business is customer-based, you will be more successful if you learn professional etiquette in dealing with potential new customers.  I suggest you you learn from this experience because negative word of mouth can be detrimental to your business.

This was one of the best salon experience I've ever had it was a beautiful and uplifting time, and her work is magic. The time flew by and it was already done. I'm in love with my results and I will be back. Hands down best salon in Garner.

Patricia always does a wonderful job on my hair. It is healthy and longer than ever. She really takes the time to give you what you need. This last visit she used an aquatic mister to treat my hair and I have to say, my hair has never looked better!

I'm here for the first time and I love my hair!!! I would like to say that I have "living hair" now. It looks healthy and it has a lot volume. Patricia is very informative about hair and she did not mind sharing her expertise with me. She is beyond passionate about creating healthy hair. From the time I stepped in, Patricia created a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for my hair care experience. I will definitely be back!

Patricia did an excellent job with my hair. I went for a consultation and based on that, I ended up asking her to shampoo and treat my hair the same day. Not only was she able to squeeze me in... she had my hair looking good and feeling super healthy when she finished.

I also like the fact that she has wider chairs to accommodate all sizes. I am happy to have found her salon.
