I was in a hurry and needed just a polish for photos. Shop not clean, she polished my nails with at frayed brush which caused the French tip to be very messy. When I voiced my dissatisfaction she made excuses instead of offing to fix it. Never going back!! Add a one star was too much.
The only reason I left one star is because each time i walk into the salon it was empty and I was taken quickly. That should've been my sign! The first time I came it was entirely too expensive ($125) for pedicure and full set. But then the second time because I was desperately in need of a pedicure before an event I went and they spoke Chinese and laughed amongst each other the entire time never making eye contact except for when I yelled because he was being too rough !!! They laugh at everyone that comes through the door. When I asked if everything was okay (because they were laughing, snickering and pointing) and he said sure, why. I mean I immediately felt uncomfortable. Especially with African American clients. The only time the salon was quiet is when a white lady walked in as I was checking out and it seemed they returned to professional and spoke English. Will not be returning! And anyone like me shouldn't either!
DO NOT GO HERE! The lady who works here RIPPED off my natural nail! I went in for a fill in & nail repair. She started ripping off my acrylic nail instead of soaking ur off or filing it down. I told her I was in pain TWICE! She continued despite my protest & ripped both the acrylic & my natural nail off! DO NOT GO HERE! They still asked me to pay!
Went in to remove nails which was - $10 and asked how much was a refill - which was $18 -- checked out total was $39!! Can get a whole new set for $40!! What the hell
HORRIBLE!! I was the only one there so she had a lot of time to take her time and they still came out terribly. Pictures speak for themselves. Wide and bulky. She knew the polish job was horrible, I seen the way she stared at them. Gel polish dripping then dried up!! This was my second time going. I gave them a second chance as the first time was horrible (purple). Never again!!!
