I actually met Helen back in 2018 in NYC and she gave me the best haircut of my life, so when I saw she was in SF I was over the moon to see her again. I found Yo Yo Salon just by looking for places on google for my next haircut. It had been over a year since I had one done and I was in desperate need of some self care! She gave me exactly what I was looking for which was to brighten up my color and to cut off length to help with damage and split ends. she did a gloss treatment that left my hair shiny and beautiful! Helen's vibe was the best!! She was attentive to everything I told her about my hair and personal life and she really cares about giving her clients that one of a kind service experience. Her skills as a colorist and stylist are honestly unmatched from anywhere else I've gone in the past! We talked the whole time, which came natural because Helen is such a beautiful soul! It's a chill environment, bright, clean, simple space, with good music and just an overall good energy!! I first got my hair highlighted by Helen in Sep 23' and she did an amazing job! I didn't think I could even go that blonde. My highlights were not brassy, looked incredible! This week I decided to go in a different direction and begin to transition into my gray. She gave me the most natural transitional low lights.
