I've been coming to this salon for many many years. Would never want to go anywhere else. Claudia is the most down to earth and caring individual. Although, she's good at haircuts, color, etc. I feel she's best at hair do's. I come at least once a week and she always has original and classy hair ideas for my hair needs. Everyone is welcoming and the prices are very affordable. If you want something cool for your hair ask for Claudia! I'd give her a 100 of 10 if I could!

The owner snubbed and ignored me, even though I had an appointment. She did this because I didn't leave a big tip for the hairdresser on my previous visit. That was extremely rude, so I left.

I have been going to this barber shop/salon for a long time. I was never treated bad before and always got a decent hair cut but this time not only was I treated with disrespect by the owner but she used the excuse that I didn't make an appointment and sent me to a barber asian lady who did not listen to what I said and cut my hair way too short and cut more on one side than the other. Yesenia came offer and tried to fix it but the damage was done. I calmly said I didn't like it and expressed my opinion, Yessenia did not apologize and just shouted to one of the workers not to charge me but I still gave them $10 , she was very rude and didn't even apologize or say thank you. Don't know if I'll ever go back.
