I attempted to call this salon as well as contact them through their website as well. For 6 weeks now they have not answered the phone or contacted me back in any way.

Happiness is a great hair day . Thanks to Billy's talented hands and great perception on how to cut hair taking in to consideration your hair texture and bone structure of your face your hair is transformed to perfection. Thank you Billy for allowing me to take my journey of going from dark hair to a natural gray with a cute short pixie cut. If it isn't cut right it doesn't look right. Billy is a miracle worker! What a blissful "feng shui" experience. I hadn't seen Billy since 1998, and I was SO GRATEFUL that he had an opening with such short notice. Especially having such an exclusive clientele. (I won't be going elsewhere) He asked some basic questions and I told him, "I trust you-- please do what ever you think would suit me best." I couldn't have picked out a more perfect cut & color. The color is a glam version of my natural color, with beautiful variety and texture. It's so chic yet natural. Do you ever feel like you can't quite style it as nicely as after a cut and color?! No more! The products Billy recommended are fantastic. I have been spoiled for years with a great hair salon for men in Chicago---used to be called Trufitt and Hill and Debbie Brown in Newport Beach---she is wonderful...in the three years I have been back in California I've just been disappointed when I get my hair cut within an hour from home....Well,with the help of a very determined wife I got my hair cut by Billy Yamaguchi...I am delighted with the hair cut and all of the wisdom and interest.After 18 years in Hawaii I enjoy and appreciate when some gives well thought out advice and encouragement....My hair has found a home only 20 minutes away....

I was lucky enough to be staying at the Lake Austin Spa and Resort when Billy presented a class on the Feng Shui approach to style I consulted with him and learned some wonderful tips. It was just a real pleasure to chat with him. I was excited to learn that he time available to style hair at the resort that afternoon. The time Billy spent working on my hair was the most interesting time in a salon ever! My hair was beautiful. A pretty significant change in length and color but Billy's recommendations were spot on ! I just wish I lived near one of his salons so that I could have my hair styled there all the time!
