First timer, despite poor reviews I needed a pedicure so badly and this was one of the only places open past 7pm. Figured if I walk in with low expectations I will be satisfied. A male employee did my pedicure. He barely filed my nails, then scrubbed for two seconds on the bottom of my feet, and then basically just rubbed lotion into my legs as quick as I do it when I get out of a shower (not even close to a "massage"). So from sitting down to getting polish started I've only been in this chair for 6 minutes (face palm). No cuticle clipping. Felt like a kids pedicure lol. Ya know where they do the bare minimum and slightly more than a polish change?!? The polish job was decent, not glopping on the color and wasn't all over my cuticles so that's a win. I was offered the slew of extras: sea salt scrub, callus remover and 10mins more massage. I declined all due to trying to get out of here for a yoga class. I can't say it's the worst experience I've had, and like I said I wasn't expecting much and am just happy my nails look better than when I walked in ‍

I have been coming to this place for years. Since they moved from the Promanade it got bad. Today they made me wait for 30 minutes without any explanation why they were late for my appointment. This is the last time they will see me.

I really like the nail tech who works here. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't bother coming here. Many of the mani chairs are broken. I had a pedicure the other day and he barely used the pumice on my feet. And the massage lasted about 30 seconds. If you don't upgrade to the callous remover you don't get much. The place isn't the cleanest. It needs a makeover.

Beware!!! The staff here must think they are doing customers a favor by taking their money for services rendered. In Westlake Village, no less! ...She actually said "Do it yourself..."!!!!! Unbelievable. This is what I was told when I asked the lady to push the cuticle more firmly for the 2nd time. She didn't change how she did it after the 1st request, so when I asked again, she put her cuticle pusher down on the table & said "If you want stronger, you do it yourself". I asked her if she really just said that, and she confirmed that she did adding in an equally rude tone "I don't want you get hurt". I was getting a mani/ pedi ( the pedi was quite late from my scheduled appointment), and I pulled my foot away from having polish removed & left saying "life is too hard to pay for being mistreated". Unless you are a masochist, spare yourself the drama. I still can't believe what this woman said. She should not be in the service industry.

I have gotten my nails done professionally a grand total of 2 whole times in my life. I went to this Spa expecting nothing short of absolute satisfaction; unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I honestly promise you that as tomboy as I may be, I am fully capable of painting my nails at least four times better than the lady who painted mine did. My toes look good so Im giving 2 stars. I docked a few stars because my hands look like I finally gave my 5 year old cousin permission to paint my fingernails for me. I asked for no tools but the lady still used them so I just let her do her thing. Using the tool that pushes the nail edge down to be a smoother shape, she was so rough that a few of my nails began to bleed. She must have had somewhere to be or someone to see because it's likely that she painted all 10 of my fingernails faster than how long it takes me to brush retainer before bedtime. When she was done, I took a look at my nails and politely asked her to paint the edges that she missed on both the sides and bottom of each nail. The bottom of my nails were not painted nice and roundly as should be, the bottom edge looked like a replica of Texas state outline. I asked for the lady to fix this for me and she did not even understand what I was asking because she thought it looked presentable. Then, to fix it she just added some paint on top of what she already top-coated, making for ultimately streaky and poorly painted nails. To think I was excited to have painted nails this weekend. I should have stuck with Top Nail down the street. The lady was polite though, at least..
