I won't go here again. The small touches are important. She didn't really cut my hair much even after I want her to blend more. The biggest annoyance of all was she left my hair slick and wet, then she said "can I do anything else for you " I said yes can you dry it???? She said yes I can rough dry it. I've never been somewhere they did actually dry my hair. The cut itself isn't horrible but I didn't love the cut and the way she did the cut wasn't up to my standards of a good cut. There instagram looks great but I guess they don't give everyone the same experience. 2 stars for an ok appointment. I even tipped but just less than I would if she spent her time making sure it looked nice and doing what I wanted.

I found myself in need of a haircut at the last minute and so it was necessary for me to go to a walk in salon. While this Xpert Hair Cuts is currently understaffed I was not disappointed. There were only 2 stylists working and with the back to school rush to get kids ready for school the shop was pretty busy. I was determined to stay the course so I was able to witness quite a few customer interactions (as well as an interaction with a service provider fixing the front door during all the hustle and bustle). I was particularly impressed with a stylist named Amanda. She never lost her cool or professionalism during all the pressure and showed a high degree of customer service skills I haven't seen much in a while. When my turn came around Amanda was friendly, welcoming and never made me feel like she needed to hurry through my cut to help the ever expanding customers. She was confident, helpful and gave me the closest cut to what I actually asked for that I have ever received. While the shop was clean and pleasant, it was Amanda that gets my 5 stars.

Worst service and I've had my fair share. The guy with the spiked hair is awful. Not over did he was rude to me I was there when he was rude to someone else. I will never go back. He told me I some style hair. Well he also doesn't cut. So disappointed.

It's wonderful to be able to get a hair cut same day by doing a walk-in. I didn't have to wait long at all. They did a great job on my hair and was fun to talk with.

I've cried over my bangs. The lady cut one side shorter than the other and way to short. I showed a lady a picture of how I wanted my hair (an actual picture of me, I'll leave it below) and she did not do that what so ever. I would not recommend this place for even your dog to get a haircut.
