Olivia totally went against my wishes. I advised her the last time she cut my hair the right side of my hair was shorter than the left side. I just want to make things even. She totally chopped the right side of my hair to make things worse. I called management and they took care off the situation to accommodate me for my horrible hairstyle. So I wasn't going to do this until the stylist was confronted and refused to take accountability. I was gifted a package here by one of my bridesmaids two days before my wedding. I want to first start by saying I highly recommend the spa side, my facial and massage were incredible. However I got my nails done for my upcoming wedding. She made me bleed several times on several fingers (I've had my nails done plenty of times and never had this problem) but she acknowledged that and apologized while I was in the chair. The finished product was poor quality but she seemed inexperienced and I did not think she'd be able to correct them. When I showed my friend she told me I should get them redone because it's my wedding, which I did. She called to resolve the issue and the tech told her she "refused" to "apologize for something she didn't do." I wasn't concerned about a refund or anything although it wasn't my money. My negative review is not even about money, the poor quality job, the bleeding, or anything else really but actually because for a professional to behave that way and place blame on someone else (the people who fixed my nails) - especially knowing she acknowledged each time I started bleeding and commented on it is very disappointing. I will do the courtesy of not name dropping the tech because she was very sweet to me, although she was not to my friend leading me to believe she may just lack the maturity to take accountability. I just hope this employee behavior is addressed so she can have a successful future satisfying customers instead of upsetting them. Brides or people looking for anything other than no chip color, take your business elsewhere

I came for a gel pedicure and I immediately regretted it afterwards. I gave 2 stars because the short foot massage was the only decent part. My nails are not filed neatly or painted neatly. I wanted to treat myself but honestly I've done better pedicures on myself. I personally would not recommend.

I went for a blowout on 9/10, the stylist was 25 min late bringing me back and I left with my hair looking like I had flipped my head upside down and blow dried it myself. I came in because I was in town for a wedding-the stylist used no product, and my hair was limp as ever when I left. I told the stylist I could have done better doing it myself, that it looked terrible and I was unhappy. She did nothing but say the charge would be $46. I would never go back to this salon or refer it to anyone.
