Went to this salon for my first time today for festival braids and lemme tell ya...... IM IN LOVE. I made a great new friend and rockstar who fulfilled my rave braid dreams. The salon and it's staff was incredible. A lovely location with staff as kind can be. I had no idea what I really wanted going into my appointment but Paty went above and beyond to help. She brought a selection of colors, ideas, designs and accessories.
Paty was so friendly, casual and had a cool attitude. Made me feel very welcome and like I had been in before.

This might be the coolest salon I've ever stepped into in KC! Their sign for one is the cutest, but you walk in and I'm greeted right away. They have cute wings painted in front of a huge mirror so it looks really cool. In the salon area it's all graffitied. It's so fun in there. Hairfairykc does my hair and she's amazing! She makes sure she keeps the integrity of my hair through all of the colors I want to do. She's great!
Everyone at the salon was helpful and nice. They didn't rush things and all together the environment felt like family.
Been rescheduled by Sarai almost every appointment, even when the original appointment was scheduled months ago. I realize she's good at what she does, but she's very unprofessional and unorganized. I'd suggest finding someone who values their clients more and won't waste your time.
