I really wanted to try this Salon because of the great reviews. I called twice and got the voicemail and left a message both times, but never received a call back. The third time I called, someone answered the phone. I said that I would like to make an appointment for a haircut. The lady then asked me if I had ever been to the salon before and I said no I haven't. After I told her that I had never been to this salon before it was like she was no longer interested in speaking with me. She told me that she would look at her appointment book and call me back, which she never did. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.

HOW does this place not have more 5 star reviews??! Rose did an AMAZING job on my hair. I have long, thick hair that goes down to my hips. It's not easy to cut my hair. BUT ROSE nailed it. She is also a very kind person, which makes your experience at this hair salon very soothing. I look forward to my next hair cut here , and ONLY here with Rose. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM & I Feel So Fortunate to Have Found it THANK YOU!!

My haircut and style was done by Rosie, and I must say she did an awesome job, really listening to me and making recommendations that best suits my natural features. She's very personable, shop and back room are clean, I will definitely continue my hair services with them.
