I didn't like the vibe. People were rude and in a hurry. Did not get a good pedicure.
This is the second time they have tried to overcharge us and it is the same nail tech. We have been going there for ages but the last two visits with the same nail technician they have overcharged for services not provided. First time- they added over $30 in extra charges for my daughter's nails but since the services were done and extras were added and the nails were finished I was unhappy as no one asked us she just did it and added it to the bill but as a returning customer I overlooked it. Second time- the same nail tech that did this with my daughter.... per appointment I asked for a no. 3 pedicure which uses the callus removing machine etc., extra massage.... They did NONE of the above. Upon payment I informed the desk the services were not provided and that I got a "normal" pedicure and asked to be charged regularly and they responded "we have a witness- we used the machine on you." I informed them they did in fact have cameras in place and asked them to review because there was clearly a mistake but they were persistent. They tried to charge me another $40 for unprovided services but I refused. Really a shame because we've had great experiences in the past but will no longer return and hope this never happens to anyone else. I will never return. BEWARE
One star is too many for this place. Reached there 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time. Made me wait on the massage chair for the next 30 minutes. One staff was coming my way to serve me but the manager asked her to go serve another customer. I decided to leave and never come back to this place. I had been there a few times in the past and also tipped them generously (which I know the manager really cares about). They just lost another customer to their disrespectful behavior.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You could get fungus or worse as they use used files! Disgusting and against the law of which they are licensed for and called to follow. I called them on it and they did not refute that it was used already, I scolded them and left immediately. I do not believe this is a one time occurrence or mistake as I was the first customer that day! Sorry to say, they should be closed down. They are not trustworthy with your health.
0 STARS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in for a full set removal, and they clipped my real nail off to the skin. I said "OW!" 4 times and asked her to not proceed with the clippers and she didn't listen to me. I was so upset.
