WELL Spa + Salon in Milwaukee, WI

Over the years, I've frequented the spa and consistently enjoyed their exceptional services. Last Christmas, I decided to surprise my wife with gift cards that included $25 bonus cards. Unfortunately, when my wife attempted to use the gift cards a few months later, the spa refused to honor the $25 bonus cards, citing an earlier expiration date printed in minuscule font on the back. Despite thoroughly reviewing the original offer email and the spa's website, I found no mention of the bonus cards expiring earlier than the main gift cards. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to uncover this detail without scrutinizing the fine print on the back of the card. While I understand the rationale behind bonus card expirations, such conditions should be transparent and prominently featured in the offer or on the website, rather than relegated to the small print on the back of the bonus card. What added to the disappointment was the sluggish response from the spa owner, Marcus, when I reached out to address the issue and suggest clearer communication for future customers. It took nearly a month for them to reply, and their response merely stated, "...we are unable to reissue these cards. We follow what the rules say on the back of the cards." Regrettably, they failed to address the lack of disclosure and did not acknowledge my concerns in a personalized manner.

My previous experience at WELL spa + salon was not very pleasant due to the shower time constraint and the dry hands of the masseuse. However, with the right expectations going in this time I had a much better experience. The masseuse was much better and I opted to not shower which led to a much more pleasurable experience rather than a rushed shower at the end. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a massage rather than a true spa like experience.

Wow. If you want a massage that you do not want it to end, I highly recommend Sophie. I received a pregnancy massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Jackie at the salon is a magician! She took my worn out blonde hair and made it an ash brown masterpiece. She knows hair so well and was able to do exactly what mine needed, which is so hard to find these days!!

Excellent service and ambiance. Very clean well maintained facility. Decent pricing for the level of service. Highly recommend!
