The customer service is awful. The employees give you inaccurate information. And when you call them out on it they make excuses. They should honor what is said. That's called customer service. I suggest new clients look elsewhere for their tanning needs.
Today was my first time going to a tanning bed and I couldn't have been happier. I went during lunch time so it wasn't busy but it was a great experience. I didn't catch the attendants name but he was super helpful. Showed me what to do, helped my pick out a good package based on my goal, and was over all very kind. I will be returning.

Wow... I went here for 3 months (June - August) to tan for my wedding... The owner is a snake I called to ensure I wouldn't be billed for September and the owner told me that according to the paperwork I needed to call on August 27th before being billed (it is September 1st...) for another full month and refused to give me a refund. I am disgusted with the lack respect and remorse. Clear way for the owner to snatch more money from people's wallets.
I have been a member for years. They have great beds, place is always clean, bulbs are updated regularly, and the owners & staff are always frIendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
