I had the best day at Well and Being Spa in The Hythe, Vail, CO. I've had tightness in my shoulder area for months. I booked a 50-minute massage (I should've gone for the 80-minute massage - next time)! Clint, the therapist, was fabulous! He was gentle in taking care of me but his medium-deep pressure touch worked out all the kinks! I left feeling happy, healthy and revived. I'll definitely be back and ask for Clint!

I had the best day at Well and Being Spa. I checked in for a massage, thinking I would be in for a nice massage and workout in the fitness center on a Peloton bike (part of the perk of spa treatments there.) I was shown around by a very friendly front desk person, and found that the experience also included access to a beautiful locker room with steam shower, a recovery room with theraguns and leg compression therapy, an oxygenated salt therapy room, and a lounge with tea and snacks. I was also able to use the outdoor hot tub. Everything in the spa smells great and is beautiful. The massage was great- the therapist was able to help me with a problem area of my back, and delivered a good deep massage. I was even treated to a chocolate and glass of Prosecco after the massage. I spent about 4 hours in the spa, and it was one of the better days of my life (I know, crazy!) I would highly recommend Well and Being Spa, and would also encourage a visit to the restaurant upstairs at the Hythe.

I had the most relaxing day at this spa! It was luxurious and the prenatal massage was INCREDIBLE. I used the salt room and the relaxation room for a while. I also used to steam/sauna. I spent just about 4 hours at this spa and it was well worth it! Highly recommend
